How do I place my order?

When will my order be shipped to me?

- Orders are shipped daily - To monitor the process of both the progress / preparation and the sending of your order you will be informed electronically by sending an e-mail - In periods of short delay due to workload you will be informed by phone when required - In case of lack of a product a) you will be informed by phone about the shortage b) you will be informed when it will be available c) you will be offered an alternative type of similar educational value d) you will be informed as soon as the item is available, before it is sent to you e) You will NOT be charged extra shipping costs for the product that was in short supply when this will be available
In which case can I return a product?

Product returns are accepted in any case subject to the following conditions: - Do not open the product packaging - To be preceded by telephone or electronic information via e-mail - The period of 14 days from its receipt has not passed - Book returns are not accepted - The return costs of the item are borne by the sender
I received the defective or broken product I ordered, What should I do?

Returns of defective products that were damaged or broken during transport as well as products that were shipped by mistake of the company are always accepted with the validity of the following conditions: - To be preceded by telephone or electronic information / statement via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt - Agree on how to return the product The costs of return, replacement and resending of the item are borne by the company
Is there a replacement warranty in case of wear?

All products are covered by a replacement warranty for any item worn or damaged after normal use for a full year from the date stated on their sales document, which is required for each replacement. After all, the feeling of security for the products we have is our constant priority.
Are the products I ordered covered safely?

All products are covered by transport insurance, so: - If a product is damaged, broken or damaged, during shipping / transport, just inform us immediately within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a brand new one. - If a product is lost during shipment / transport and you do not receive it, just let us know and we will send you a brand new one.
How will the products I ordered be shipped?

How much will shipping cost me?

For the sending / receiving of the orders we have chosen a single fixed charge for each case so that you will be charged with the lowest possible cost and only for the first parcel of your order: - For courier delivery throughout Greece, a minimum charge applies regardless of the quantity of parcels, weight or volume - For sending by Hellenic Post to remote areas, a minimum charge applies regardless of the quantity of parcels, weight or volume - For shipment with a cooperating transport company or of your choice if it is bulky parcels, a minimum charge applies regardless of the quantity of parcels, weight or volume (furniture is excluded) - For shipments to Cyprus (including furniture) special prices apply which agree on a case by case basis with the recipient
