When will my order be shipped to me?
- Orders are shipped daily
- To monitor the process of both the progress / preparation and the sending of your order you will be informed electronically by sending an e-mail
- In periods of short delay due to workload you will be informed by phone when required
- In case of lack of a product
a) you will be informed by phone about the shortage
b) you will be informed when it will be available
c) you will be offered an alternative type of similar educational value
d) you will be informed as soon as the item is available, before it is sent to you
e) You will NOT be charged extra shipping costs for the product that was in short supply
when this will be available
In which case can I return a product?
Product returns are accepted in any case subject to the following conditions:
- Do not open the product packaging
- To be preceded by telephone or electronic information via e-mail
- The period of 14 days from its receipt has not passed
- Book returns are not accepted
- The return costs of the item are borne by the sender
I received the defective or broken product I ordered, What should I do?
Returns of defective products that were damaged or broken during transport as well as products that were shipped by mistake of the company are always accepted with the validity of the following conditions:
- To be preceded by telephone or electronic information / statement via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt
- Agree on how to return the product
The costs of return, replacement and resending of the item are borne by the company
Is there a replacement warranty in case of wear?
