SHIPPING METHODS Orders are shipped immediately and you are charged with the lowest possible cost or you can even choose the transport company we will use. The products are shipped to Greece in the following ways:
- With a courier company we work with Geniki Taxidromiki
- With a transport company of your choice if it is a bulky package
- With the Hellenic Post Office in remote areas
- Received from our headquarters by your own means and carrier
The products are shipped to Cyprus in the following ways:
- With a cooperating Cypriot transport company - With the Hellenic Post - With courier company
SHIPPING TIME - Orders are shipped daily - To monitor the process of both the progress / preparation and the sending of your order you will be informed electronically by sending an e-mail - In periods of short delay due to workload you will be informed by phone when required - In case of lack of a product or in case the product of your order can not be delivered due to delay in receiving it from our supplier you will be informed immediately to decide if you wish to wait for the product or cancel its order. In any case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded without delay to a bank account of your choice.
DEFICIENCY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE In case of lack of a product, the following procedure is followed: a) you will be informed by phone about the shortage b) you will be informed when it will be available c) you will be offered an alternative type of similar educational value d) you will be informed as soon as the item is available, before it is sent to you e) You will NOT be charged extra shipping costs for the product that was in short supply when this will be available
SHIPPING CHARGES For the sending / receiving of the orders we have chosen a single fixed charge for each case so that you will be charged with the lowest possible cost and only for the first parcel of your order:
- For courier delivery throughout Attica, a minimum charge of 4,50€ applies regardless of the quantity of parcels, weight or volume
- For courier delivery throughout Greece, the minimum charge is 6,50€ regardless of the quantity of parcels, weight or volume
- For shipping with a partner transport company or of your choice if the parcels are bulky, a minimum charge of 8,50€ applies regardless of the quantity, weight or volume of the parcels (excluding furniture)
- For shipments in Cyprus, a charge of 6,50€ applies regardless of the quantity of the parcels or weight
- For shipments in Cyprus with a partner transport company or of your choice, for bulky parcels or furniture, special rates apply, which are agreed with the recipient on a case by case basis
