The P and Q Chew & Bite Smooth set provides first experiences in the area of tongue mobility and beginning chewing exercises. 

These exercises prevent future speech impediments and problems with biting and chewing movements. 

Smooth surface encourages to explore with teeth, lips, tongue, cheeks P's & Q's offer fun exercises for practicing biting and chewing skills and are solid rather than tubular so they offer a firm surface for resistive biting.

The bitable stem of the P reaches back into the molar region sending appropriate proprioceptive input.

For larger jaws, the larger Q offers a firm bilateral surface for jaw closure activities.
